At the block where a pack fills, holders' tickets are frozen: what they bought minus what they sold, in ETH. The block hash, divided by the total tickets, gives the winning ticket. Same hash, same tickets, same winner.
The creator picks it at launch. In the replay, each hi-cap is paired with one of 11 stock tokens by its address.
